abandoned
Some sort of abandoned barn or church that we found while driving through the White Mountains of Western Maine looking for moose. I didn't have more than 3 or 4 minutes here but the light was incredible.

Dang, man. Let me be the first to say that I am jealous!! My vacation starts in 4 days. Perhaps I need to adjust my plans to get up in that area one of my days.

Well composed and great use of that light above the church. Hangs together well with the tree on the right-handside. Colour saturation also helps.

brad this is stunning work -- the colors, the light, the angle -- the clouds, beautiful. (PS -- nice to meet a fellow C@L-ite) :)

Thanks everyone for the kind words, I'm getting a 8x12 print of this today and framing it in a 16x20 frame to hang at my show at Luna Cafe in De Pere. They asked me to keep my work up for another 2 months which is cool because I'm selling a couple of prints a week there and then just filling the holes with new work.

Wow, the use of light is perfect, draws my eye right to the building. Makes the shadowed side look spooky, dark, with that dead tree leaning in. And the colors are vibrant, with the blues and yellows in the sky, the greens and browns on the ground. Great image
